Petraits helps users create beautiful art of their pets.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Petraits. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- You must create an account to use Petraits.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Petraits offers subscriptions with premium features.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
4. User Conduct
By using Petraits, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights in Petraits, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and AI-generated images.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Petraits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
